Megan Wohr is an attorney practicing predominantly in Criminal Defense and Family Law cases, in Denton County, Texas. She graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2011 with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and then began Law School in 2012 at Oklahoma City University, graduating in December 2015. Prior to attending law school, Megan received a Paralegal certification from SMU and worked at a mid-size Law Firm in Dallas, Texas. While attending law school at OCU, Megan excelled academically having multiple semesters on the Dean’s List and Faculty Honor Roll. She also worked for Lexis Nexis as a legal research student representative and participated in the Native-American Indian Wills Clinic where she assisted the Native-American population in estate planning and distribution.
Upon graduation, Megan moved back to Texas to sit for the Texas Bar Exam and became licensed to practice in May 2016.
Megan is known for her open line of communication she provides to our clients. She works to make sure the client understands their legal situation and options. She is known to become invested in her case work and to come up with creative solutions, making sure her clients get the most out of her representation.
